A dynamic

Christian Bourganel, enterprising and innovative, beer lover and the Ardeche, is considering a solution to promote both.

After several months of thinking and working with the IFBM (French Institute of Brewing and Malting) Nancy, born in 1997, fruit beer of the Ardeche: The Brimbelles and La Combel who initially brewed by Brewery Castelain, but the stated goal is the creation of a micro-brewery in the Ardeche.

The installation in Vals les Bains is in 2000, renamed the beer to develop a brand and become "Blueberry Beer Bourganel of Ardeche," and "Beer Bourganel chestnuts from Ardeche. 

On 1 June 2000, the brewery is Bourganel enjoy his first brew ardéchois local customers, and the following year, the Blonde Beer Ardéchoise appeared.
The success of these beers, the Brewery Bourganel to acquire new more efficient equipment in 2004 and since then every year, additions are made.

In February 2006, the brewing room is changed and are added to the fermentation tanks and storage to move production capacity to 4 000 hectoliters.

In March 2006, was launched in Nougat Beer was an instant success.

A new beer will be released during the 1st semester!
